The May 50K is a fundraising initiative that raises funds for further research into multiple sclerosis. I was diagnosed with MS when I was 21, in my final year of my degree. It was not at all a slow burn, and an incredibly intense and traumatic experience. It has only been just shy of 2 years in to what is now a life of living with MS for me.
MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.
Your donation will support research into the prevention, treatment and finding a cure for multiple sclerosis to change lives.
