Retail walk!

This week I rested and healed. To ease myself back into walking I decided to go to Harbour town to go shopping. The incidental walking did me wonders. It was slow paced with lots of stop and starts. My goal was to do 2kms but I managed 4. I also saw this in a shop that really melted my heart. Thus the random selfie in a change room. I am super glad to be supporting the MS foundation. Thank you for everyone who has donated so far. For all my volunteer walking buddies.
