I’m taking part in The May 50K challenge this May to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis!

MS strikes young people in the prime of their lives. The average age of diagnosis is only 30 years old, and there is no known cure.

Finally a run this week

Another 9.5 km split. let the run quite late, it was dark by the time we were done 👀

7km sunday run

A steady run at the Botanical Gardens this morning 🙌🏻

Hill runs

Today was a short distance, but I made up for it by doing hill runs. This is this morning’s view from High St. Absolutely stunning watching the sun rise from up here, even if I was dying 😅

Split run

Split session today, 10min warm up, 8km tempo, 10 min warm down. Total 10.74kms 🎉

Treadmill 10km
