Day 27 - post workout selfie
Grateful to be able to train and not be completely sore. And my legs and glutes are really starting to build up muscle strength as I'm really feeling the difference/improvements I've made over the last 3 weeks!!!Day 27 - gym cycle 22kms in 41min
Legs were a little sore but managed to keep pushing through. I'm trying to increase the resistance but maintain my pace/rpm so that I can go further in the similar time frames of 30, 35 and now 40min workouts.Day 26 - sunday church and rest day
Went to church and did grocery shop for the week ahead then setup to watch Broncos v Titans and Warriors v Dolphins. Note: was charging fitness tracker and didn't record today's walking activity but it was a 1-2km day at best.Day 25 - daily walking activity 1.2km
Not much else done today with a sick household. So it was movies, lemsips, cough lollies & medicines & water.Day 25 - post workout selfie
This was a great feeling to complete 16.4kms in 30mins which is a new pb with an average km time of 1min 49sec for the entire 30mins which is a real improvement on Day 1.Day 25 - gym cycle 16.4kms in 30mins pb
New PB set today with a total of 16.4kms in 30mins which is around 1kms more than my current avg for 30min workout excluding the 5min cool down period which adds another 2.5ish kms to complete 17.8kms total for a 35min workout. It's the small wins today and pushing myself to increase my resistance and rpms throughout the entire workout.Day 24 - daily walking activity 3.2kms
It's Friyay and trying to finish off the week with consistency now that our whole household is down with the flu and I'm on the mend and starting to feel a lot better!!!Day 24 - post workout selfie
Soo glad to be able to train and push through with my current flu still hanging around!Day 24 - gym cycle 18kms
Still recovering from my flu but I'm pushing through and chasing 18kms to keep up my progress. Cardio fitness is really good considering my flu and the legs are holding up well considering not being 100%Day 23 - daily walking activity 2.6kms
Legs and glutes are feeling it but the journey continuesDay 23 - post cycle selfie
It's a great feeling when I'm done and conquered the workout. Especially after yesterday's pb and my cough still hanging around!Day 23 - gym cycle 18kms in 35mins
Backing up was hard today but my respiratory system was feeling better today even thou I still have a cough. The body (Glutes and quads) were more sore but I'm pushing through and not trying to pick up an injury so staying within my limits and not pushing too hard.Day 22 - daily walking activity 3kms
After the gym my glutes were a little sore and my quads were tight so the massage gun got a good workoutDay 22 - post gym cycle 30.1kms pb
Now this is my "glad that's over" face π―ππDay 22 - pb gym cycle 30.1kms in 1hr
After a complete rest day I decided to push myself and see if I could make up for yesterday and try and complete 1hr on the gym bike. The start was about funding my breathing rhythm then I could settle in but started to struggle around the 40min mark and had to really push hard to complete last 20min. I learned that this was probably too long for my body and something that was good to go through but understand my bodies limits and try to make gradual improvements overtime before this would become more comfortable. Will look at trying this again in another 4 weeks time to see how I'm progressing.Day 21 - feeling sick so no gym today
Daily walking activity was only 1.9kms around home while resting up after still feeling sick. Made another vegetable soup for our household as we're all got coughs and feeling congested.Day 20 - daily walking activity 2.47kms

This is my happy face because it's finally done and I still managed to complete 15.41kms in 30mins even thou my legs were TIRED!!! #davidgoggins #stayhardDay 17 - gym cycle 17.74kms
Today's session was a lot harder than expected but I still pushed myself to get it done with that inner David Goggins voice to help me through it lol. My legs were just tired but my cold/flu symptoms are improving quickly thanks to medicine and chicken & vegetable soup as a big contributor!!!Day 16 - daily walking activity 2.53kms
After the gym bike I decided I needed a chicken vegetable soup so fed myself with medicines plus plenty of vegetables, garlic and chicken ππDay 16 - post workout selfie
A great lesson in not letting the mind stop myself from testing my bodies limits today after waking up feeling sick! Hopefully it helped my body with fighting off whatever is making feel sick and leads to me getting over this sickness quicker than if I just rested π―ππDay 16 - gym cycle 18.18kms
Woke up feeling sick today and stocked up with some medication to help fight off a cold/flu. By the afternoon was feeling better so went and jumped on the gym bike and surprisingly felt pretty good. Ended up pushing myself and completing a mind blowing 18.18kms which was completely unexpected and a sign that all my biking is really starting to pay off with my cardio fitness!!!Day 15 - post cycle selfie
