In 2019 Dad and I teamed up and took part in the May 50K, which we continued to participate in until 2023.Dad in his 80's outshone me in kilometers walked, and money raised.

Last year, Dad become unwell and sadly he isn't here this year with me. My walks are not the same, but my siblings are joining me this year and our Mantra "keep moving forward".

I have been so lucky in my MS journey diagnosed in 2010 I have been able to keep my health stable, due to early detection, the right medication, changes to lifestyle and support from my family and the great support from MS Society of South Australia when I have needed it.
